General Report: Casino
Casino rounds of the selected currency. A round belongs to the month it closed in, so a round still open has no row yet. Use it to see what the casino held, what it turned over, and which providers carried it.
Besides the usual filters this report has a Product filter: Casino, Sportsbook, or Casino and sportsbook.

What It Answers
- What did the casino hold, and on what turnover?
- Which providers carried it?
- How much of what was paid out was bonus money rather than cash?
Tiles

AU is not Players. Players counts everyone who played a round at all; AU counts those who staked money.
Formulas
GGR = Turnover − Payouts
Hold = GGR ÷ Turnover × 100
GGR / AU = GGR ÷ AU
Average Stake = Turnover ÷ Rounds
Charts
GGR and turnover puts what was staked against what the room kept, month by month.
Turnover by provider shows which providers the turnover came from.
Activity by Hour
A heatmap of the selected month, weekday by hour, switchable between Rounds, Players, Turnover and GGR. A round counts in the hour it closed in. An hour nobody played counts as zero, not as a gap.
Each cell is an average over that weekday's occurrences in the month, which is why the values are fractional; hover a cell to see the busiest single day at that hour. Hours are in the Backoffice's display time zone, which is named above the heatmap — not UTC, unlike the months. While the month is still running, only its complete days are counted.
Table Views
- By month – the whole window, one row per month.
- By provider and by category – the month split by where the rounds were played.
- By stake level – the month split by how much was staked on a round.
- Top games – the ten games with the highest GGR in the month.
Months are calendar months in UTC, and an asterisk marks a month that has not ended yet.
Columns
Not every column is in every view; Shown in says where it appears. Every view carries the same money and round columns — only what a row stands for changes.

The stake levels are a platform setting, so an installation can have other boundaries. In Top games, games the game catalogue does not know are gathered in one extra row, name unavailable, at the end of the list, with AU and Players left empty; games with no category are listed under Uncategorized. When a month has more games than the report reads, Top games says so above the table.
Caveats
- Bonus turnover and bonus payouts are part of Turnover and Payouts, not an addition to them.
- Only the by-month table spans several months. The tiles, the charts, the activity block and the other tables are about the selected month alone.
- Top games ranks the month's biggest earners rather than splitting the month, so its rows do not add up to it.
- The by-category view has no AU and no Players column.
- Average Stake counts rounds with no stake — demo rounds, free spins — in the divisor, so it reads below what a paying spin costs.
- Affiliate casino profit is counted by other rules and will not match this page row by row.
